She is not only an industry expert but also a dedicated teacher, mentor, and startup advisor, passionately nurturing the next generation of product innovators. In 2016, Raluca joined Zalando, Europe’s largest fashion e-commerce platform, where she currently serves as a Product Lead for the Designer&Beauty experiences. Her primary mission is to leverage technology to solve customer and business challenges while crafting innovative, highly effective digital experiences. Before her tenure at Zalando, Raluca’s career journey included building and scaling products in international and local companies, and digital agencies, and co-founding several startups.
